Email is my preferred method. I usually reply with my telephone number when I find an email desirable. When I have absolutely nothing to do, you may find my number on this page. I prefer twenty-four hours notice. I may consider same day if I am available and given three hours notice. Times and dates aren’t written in stone. Submit a Session Request Form.
